I was embarrassed. Every time I looked at myself in the mirror it was a constant reminder of how much I was out of shape.
But the truth is, just a few years ago, I was not the same person.
In fact, I used to train women to help them get healthier and fit through boot camp, walking and running 5k’s and marathons.
Everyone who knows me will tell you I was always active and stayed fit.
But one day life changed for me and I went into a deep depression. It took me 2 years to realized that I was depressed and put on an extra 40 pounds on my body.
Out of shape and not good health I had to do something. So, I got my butt of that couch and started walking, soon got myself a gym membership and reached out to a trainer. I was very consistent and followed my trainer’s recommendation and advice for meal pans and daily workouts. In just a few months I shed off 30 pounds of unwanted fat and before I knew it. I transformed my body from fat to fit.
